Chalet Cristal 4, Val d`Isere is located on the second floor of Chalet Cristal; this chalet apartment has four bedrooms each with full en-suite facilities. The open plan lounge and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating around a wood-burning stove. The large picture windows offer wonderful views across to the pistes, with a door opening out onto a large South-West facing balcony. Chalet Cristal has free Wi-Fi internet access.

Chalet Cristal has an outstanding location; away from the main road in the old hamlet of La Daille (1800m). It is just 150m from the La Daille telecabine, the Etroits chairlift, and the "Funival" a high speed funicular that carries skiers to the top of Bellevarde (2800m) in just a few minutes. From there is a huge choice of ski pistes including easy access to Tignes. You can ski back to within about 100m of the chalet Cristal, the same point as the Val d`Isere World Cup Downhill finishes.

The centre of Val d`Isere is a 15 minute walk from Chalet Cristal 4. Alternatively you can use the free bus service that operates around Val d`Isere throughout the day and continues until 2am. The nearest bus stop to the chalet Cristal is only 100m away for the quick journey into the centre of Val d`Isere.

Catering

For breakfast you can eat as much or as little as you like. Choose from fruit juice, cereals, muesli, fresh French bread with butter and preserves, as well as eggs, bacon, porridge and of course tea or coffee.

For afternoon tea, which is the most informal meal of the day, help yourself to fresh bread, butter and jams, biscuits and homemade cake or scones, either eaten at the table or relaxing beside the fire with a lovely English Tea.

For Dinner, one of the highlights of the day, chalet hosts produce a home cooked 3-course evening meal. On your first night in the chalet you will be welcomed with canapes & aperitifs and on the final night 4 course evening meal on the final evening with local cheese board & port.

To complement your meal we serve free and unlimited French Red and White wines during the course of dinner Organic soft drinks are also available. After dinner fresh ground coffee or decaffeinated coffee as well as tea are served in the lounge.

If you are a vegetarian, celiac or are allergic to, or have a strong dislike for certain common foods, please inform the office at the earliest opportunity.

Unless you are booking a whole chalet children aged 11 and under will be served High Tea at 6pm. This is provided at no extra cost and ensures that your child's normal routine is not disturbed. Soft drinks or milk are served with the meal.

Chalet hosts live on the ground floor.

There will be an additional £1.50 per person carbon off-set charge, which is not included on the price table.

Each guest is provided with a hand and bath towel. For environmental reasons, towels will not be changed during the week.
