Prices Include: UK Flights  | Transfers | Accommodation  Chalet Grand Pares is superbly situated immediately opposite the cable-car station and the pistes in Le Fornet, a few km up the valley from the main town of Val d'Isere. Skiing virtually to and from the doorstep it is absolutely a prime location and hard to beat for this perfectly located chalet. Just stroll out the door to the cable-car and you are straight up into the western heights of the Espace Killy ski area. If you are one of these people who like to be on the first lift you will be perfectly placed.
Chalet Grand Pares has proved a hugely popular addition to this season’s program, full of character and charm in one of Val d’Isere’s most picturesque accommodation areas, set amongst pretty stone cottages and chalets (Le Fornet). The chalet is of a very good, comfortable and attractive standard with all bedrooms with bathroom/showers and WC.
A lounge with comfy sofas, a separate dining room with open plan kitchen and a ski room with boot warmer. The ski-bus stop is just outside for accessing other ski-lifts and the resort centre and runs until about 2am. Close to the chalet is one of Val d'Isère's best loved restaurants, L'Arolay. It is very popular both at lunchtimes and evenings. |

Catering: | ::back to top | | The chalet staff are chosen for their excellent culinary skills and will provide tempting menus to satisfy the hungriest of skier. Your day will begin with a choice of continental breakfast, to include cereals, yoghurts, fruit, bread & croissants accompanied by fresh coffee, tea and fruit juice.
Afternoon tea will be ready for your return from skiing. Before dinner is served, you will have a chance to relax with a drink. You can look forward to a delicious three course dinner, prepared with interesting and varied ingredients finished off with fresh coffee. One glass of wine is included free of charge with the meal. Our chalet staff will be happy to cater for vegetarians or any special dietary requirements.
Your chalet staff will have one day off during the week. Breakfast will be provided, but in the evening you will have the chance to sample one of the many restaurants in your resort, which your chalet staff will be happy to recommend and book for you. |
